Dancehall musician, Burna Boy, born, Damini Ogulu, seems to be unfrazzled about the robbery scandal surrounding him, has he just released a new song ‘Skekkle Down’ featuring a London based singer J Hus and also shared behind the scene photos to the music video.
The singer who has been fingered and declared wanted by the police over the robbery attack on fellow artist, Mr. 2kay, shared the behind the scene of his newly released song ‘Skekkle Down.”
Burna boy who is currently shooting his musical video albeit outside the country is not allowing the robbery scandal affect his career.
It would be recalled that musician Mr. 2kay had accused Burna Boy has the sponsor of the robbery attack on him in his hotel room at the Eko Hotel and Suites during the “ Buckwyld N Breathless “ concert on October 22, 2017.
The allegation prompted the police to launch an investigation into the matter and Burna Boy was invited for questioning but the singer failed to grant the police request.
Earlier on the police had paraded Burna Boy’s manager Joel Kantiock, alongside four other suspects who finger Burna Boy has the sponsor of the attacked on Mr. 2kay.
The suspects claimed that the singer had paid them the sum of N50, 000,00 to carry-out the attack and on completion of the job another N50,000, 00 would be paid.
But surprisingly, when the case came up on December 1, 2017, the name of the singer and that of his manager were missing from the charge sheet.
However, a few days ago, Mr. 2kay, implied that the singer had called to beg him over the incident though, Burna Boy, claimed his innocence on the matter.
