Following President Muhammadu Buhari acceptance of invitation to visit Kingdon of Saudi Arabia, extended by King Salman Bin Abdulaziz, the president has embarked on the planned visitation, expected to last him five days.
Buhari, who departed the country through presidential wing of Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja for Saudi Arabia, on Thursday, is expected to return to Nigeria on 2st of May, few days away from his inauguration into office for another four years term.
His trip to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia followed the invitation by King Salman Bin Abdulaziz, the king of Saudi and Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
Meanwhile, a statement issued earlier by the President’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, in Abuja, indicated that President Buhari would perform spiritual visitation while in the Kingdom.
As gathered, Buhari had in Feb. 2016 last performed spiritual visitation in Saudi Arabia
